Thank you such good positive advise . Just seem to be stressing about what to eat for the best now. Getting me a bit down as thinking all i can eat is salad veg and meat . Not too found of meat. Missing wholemeal toast as ive reduced my carbs loads i think thats whats helping keep sugar levels...

Hi all ive just been diagnosed with diabetes last week . I am so overwelmed with all the info advise etc .. my dr is referring me to a diabetic specialist at the hospital. My sugars are so high its been in the 20s lowest its been is 16 and thats in the morning. By lunch time it goes up again...
