    Any thoughts ?

    I was diagnosed 13 weeks ago as type 2. Hba1c was 102 and after 8 weeks was down to 59. In total I have lost 3 stone since the beginning of this year. I am on holiday being careful what I eat and drinking shorts we diet mixers. Yesterday was the first time I had white bread in a long time...

    Be careful on holiday type 2

    Happy

    I have just had a meal out. I am off my Metformin (my decision) and have lost 2.5 stone. Start in bloods before my meal was 5.6mmol/l. 1 hour after they were 9.8mmol/l 2 hours later it was 5.0 mmol/l Things seem to be working again...
