    confused

    I have bought the carbs and cals book you can also get this as an app. I found it very helpful it has pictures and weights so you know how much carbs is in a meal and helps you recognise portion sizes. It is the best thing I have found since being diagnosed a year ago. Lucy

    Can people explain how they feel during hi's and lo's?

    When I hypo I tend to feel very light headed and shaky. When I hypo I feel very tired, very thirsty and need to wee all the time. I can be up 3 or 4 times in the night sometimes to go for a wee and have to have a drink as well. Lucy

    I would say the same, my cousin has just started rugby and she loves it. I love swimming and it exercises every part of your body. I have started walking everywhere instead of driving or getting the bus, even just half an hour a day will make a difference. Lucy
