What The Hell In Diabetes Is Going On With my BG??

Had something to eat and my blood glucose didn’t even rise like it normally would! CGM was stuck on 10.8. Checked with a finger prick and that was 10. Then CGM jumped from 10.8 to 11.8 and now 13.2!! I’m lost!! Don’t know what’s going on.

    Sertraline

Been prescribed Sertraline for depression and anxiety. I don’t dare take it as apparently it can make it more difficult to keep blood sugar stable. Plus all of the other side effects!

    Carb Counting

My DSN filled that in just as an example. CP = Carbohydrate Portion BG = Blood Glucose QA = Quick Acting and finally BI = Basal Insulin That’s the only information my brain managed to take in yesterday!

    Carb Counting

Has anyone had to fill in something like this before? It was explained to me by my DSN but I still don’t understand it.
