I am quite aware of a business needs etc but there have been issues that have not been handled correctly during my absence. As for the referral- there is a time window given by this health care provider and its just their procedure for any case to be re-referred should the procedure not go ahead .

I work in a high street , well known food outlet and all our hot drinks are made with semi skimmed milk . If you want more choice smaller coffee shops are usually more accommodating . There is so much legislation now involving opened fresh products and how they are kept - it's a nightmare .
