Not really! That’s the most annoying thing about it, is that there’s no pattern and no one thing that triggers or helps it! Getting so frustrated ☹️

Not asthma but I have had some heart tests done and have been told my heart is completely doing what it should be doing and I shouldn’t worry. Although easier said than done as I said, must be something!!
