As far as I know it’s made from Cumin . My mate that recommended it to me has had the big C and is now in remission he swears by it and suggested I try them but thought I’d try and get some more info on it

Gas anyone ever got what feels like an itchy rash on their shoulder blades . I’ve been feelin this for about 3 weeks now . It feels like a rash but under the skin and kinda Numby . There’s no rash or any sign of anything on the surface but sometimes it gets quite sore in an itchy way

Yeah bud I think the ryvita will have to go as well ... but it’s only 5g a slice whereas that livlife that everyone goes on about is 8g a slice might just have bacon n eggs for brekkie in future

Made a big mistake yesterday with the Yorkshire pud woke up this morning high as 6.8 . Then made another mistake . Had 2 ryvita with cheese and a creamy coffee . @ 2 hrs I’m up to 7.4 which is the highest I’ve ever tested . This is unknown territory for me . So how do I lower this 7.4 back down...

Mornin all 6.8 today highest FBG ever since started testing . Woke up at 3 then 5 finally got up at 06:15 Aunt Bessie and co got a lot to answer for . Even the wine and cheese late last night didn’t help . Hopefully back to normal today/ tomorrow

Cheers bud . Well done on dropping down on yer bloods . I was lucky I got diagnosed at 6.5 so only on diet at the moment hopin for a reading around the 5 to 5.5 tomorrow . Fingers crossed
