    Thanks for good advice, but yes 8st 5 is a good weight for me. But I would be happy with around 9 stone.

    That's true, but they are a low glycemic index (GI) food, meaning they won't spike blood sugar as much as regular potatos. Oh, and I have extremely small portion.
