    Never too late, I still update this thread for myself sometimes, as much as a record as anything else. And my first degree was in philosophy so, if you have any book recommendations..... Saying that, more than a month in to keto, my steady weight loss (averaging about a pound a week) continues...

    6.5 this morning, and I got that with absolutely no change in diet - but didn't train at all yesterday, and didn't drink much water so I'm putting it own to that - but definitely had less than 20g carbs so God only knows... :)

    Unexpected blips like that don't trouble me matey, it is what it is. That's the good thing about having all these people's experience to look at, it keeps things in proportion. Lots of us T2s seem to experience odd readings that'll never be explained. Only an issue if it becomes a trend!
