Not to eat more than three times per day

And you can't do that with healthy fats because it is so satiating that it is almost impossible to overeat on it. I may have to experiment with grade A* protein though ;)

Busily waiting for a builder who was supposed to be here 45 minutes ago for to give us a quote for French doors. It is just a quote... why can't builders just blummin' turn up? Grumpy!

Type 2 Doubling meds to get same dose

We cannot and should not advise on changes of dosages of medications. That is a decision that you or you and your health team should make.

Not to eat more than three times per day

    Whole grain Wheetabix

Without a glucose monitor you will not learn whether a particular food raises your levels too highly. That which raises my levels may not raise yours. In my opinion the colour of the carb makes no difference, it will still get you in the end. Wholewheat or wholemeal just means milled rather...

    About Younger Onset T2 Diabetes.

The science is not at all clear on T2 in youth as this is a comparatively new developement. Time scales are at best a guesstimate plus this article is from the ADA which imo is still in the doldrums wrt to dietary approaches to T2. We have access to data e.g Virta on adults but I have not seen...

    Low carb questions and testing

Hello and welcome. You would be wise to keep fruit to a minimum at least for a few weeks to allow the liver to release its fatty deposits (fructose is stored in the liver as fat which promotes insulin resistance). A few raspberries or strawberries with double cream or full fat greek yoghurt is...

Role of diet in modern medicine

I find your statement offensive. Strange that if I used the word 'vomit' or 'revolting' in regard to your chosen diet I would be moderated and rightly so but when you do it it's allowed to stand.
