Spotted this whilst putting together a leaflet on LC woe for my GP surgery (hoping they will use it!).

Saw a couple of weeks ago and I'm sure it was only 300+ then. Now 600+ already.

I think it's a great idea for us to share our journeys to help others. I know that when I was first diagnosed one of the threads I made a beeline to was the forum success stories. They gave me great hope.

Just sharing in case anyone wants to share theirs. It's a fantastic site diet doctor. Amazing resource.

(They chose the before and after keto labels! My last ketones test showed 0.6 so I’m only in mild ketosis)
