    @Krystyna23040 Well done on the weight loss - it is a lot easier to put it on than take it off. I am with you and really get what you are saying - my ideal weight is 9st 2llbs and that's when I have no pot belly at all and I have been 8st 13llbs when I had a very active job and I also agree...

    Brunch -3 scrambled cheesey eggs. Half of a grenade bar washed down with with a mug of earl grey tea Dinner - surf n turf steak with peppercorn sauce, mushrooms, half of a tomato, a few garden peas, 6 chips. Greek yogurt with a few raspberries, blueberries & strawberry

    Which wrap did you prefer? I have tried the dgf ones which I like and I think they are a lot lower carbs than the slc. I agree with you about slc rolls, they seem to have a lot of air in them these days and are rubbery since they changed their recipe. I go elsewhere for my rolls and the next...

    Snack ideas

    Grenade High Protein bars (lots of different flavours - I like them all!) or any other high protein, low sugar bars. Packet of Fridge Raiders (small pieces of chicken), Curators Cheese flavour pork puffs - they are not so hard on the teeth as scratchings for me and I like the cheese flavour)...

    Swollen limbs lower blood glucose?

    I agree with @Antje77 - my gut feeling is anything swollen needs checked out asap especially if you have had heart issues and swollen feet & legs. Take good care of yourself x
