    Can't touch banana they send my BG skyrocketing, but a commitment to LCHF definitely impacts salt depletion especially with lots of fluid hydration The body needs around 1600-1800 mg of Potassium per day,so for the last 7 months I've been supplementing.

    Weekly weigh in - Fridays

    Stable at 69.9kg for 3.5 months now. 5 years ago 115kg....new me is the right size and weight and with a slight adjustment on LCHF, my weight drop stopped and stabilised:)

    Resist any pressure for statins with these numbers. The fact your HDL,is increasing is terrific. At 2.8 it's very positive...this is the so called "good cholesterol".

    I would personally wait the extra month to get the most consistently demonstrable result. What was you HbA1C as the number you provide (13.2) is more in line with a standard BG prick test?

    Regular moderate exercise log

    Now I'm back from extended hols I'm straight back into my fitness regime and loving it. For me it's gym for weights 3x, running total of say 4 miles pw, circuit group session x 1....makes me feel great, controls BG really well:)
