    You are a star, i was just googling "Fathead Pizza", when you replied. :happy: I did not realise that was the actual name of that type of Pizza!. I will definitely make one next week following your recipe!.... BTW... is that ground almond or almond flour... Never ever used the stuff before.

    Thanks for the advice... much appreciated. Medication leaflet does not say anything about skipping meals, and Doc on holiday for the next few weeks... I think i will have a few small cubes of pork ( pinchos morunos) and a leaf salad with a tomato and bit of red pepper.

    Skipped breakfast. Lunch: Choucroute with tiny bacon lardons, a bit of goose fat and cooked in a little wine (i reckon most of the alcohol evaporated in the cooking), 1/4 of a smoked sausage. Dinner: Celery soup.... And a bowl of greek yogurt, a few blueberries and 1/2 tsp of stevia sugar...

    Excellent post, thank you. I am pretty much following the same diet as you. Ate near to no processed food for the last 40 years but rice, pasta, biscuits, beer, coca cola, orange juice and an evening cocktail were the things that got me. All of that cut out now.
