    @tayeola - Fresh grapefruit should be better than processed ones. Once your planted fruits are ripe for consumption enjoy them as long as you are not anticoagulants and other drugs grapefruit interferes with their intestinal absorption.

    NHS provides acceptable standard of care. Unfortunately, the same NHS staff transmute to private care staff. However, they give you more time but you pay heavily for their care.

    I believe in Low Carb but not High Fat. That advice for diabetics to take High Fat is not evidence-based. It might lead to slow death.
