5.7 which was fab. A light snack I have found that doesn’t raise my blood is raw peppers with coleslaw. A healthy replacement for my crisps (love love them) with coleslaw. X

Thank you. My a1c was 50 and from the my sugr app by logging my bloods it says an estimate a1c to b 5.7% - is this me grabbing at straws or do you think my 4 weeks of healthy eating has paid off? X

Hi. It is something to do with the liver dump. Apparently the liver puts your readings up on a morning fasting to prepare you for if you are not going to eat - someone else less thick than me (lol) could explain it better. Also I have read that fasting numbers are the last to come down. X.
