Breakfast - 2egg omelette and large chunk of smoked salmon. Dinner - beef tongue, cold turkey breast, cold runner beans and cabbage (leftovers!) 2 glasses of red wine. Tend to only like carb snacks so have not had a snack since diagnosis. Such is life.

Good morning. Are you able to do any exercise such as walking? This is my strategy plus the very low carb. I lost weight - so far 5kg in 3 weeks - largely I think because I walked quite a bit more than usual. Simple stuff may make a difference. Best of luck.

This is not an area of expertise for me. However I wonder what help anyone might get if you achieve huge weight loss but have acres of skin folds left which will clearly impact upon body image. Might be worth considering and, indeed asking.
