    as little carbs as possible will give you good results, so cheese and meats etc..... you will need to get a blood meter in order to observe what certain carbs do to you and how much you can tolerate..

    Spelled correctly.....;) Yeah, so the Levemir is long and Novorapid short......if no carbs are being eaten then you can stop the Novorapid but must always take the Levemir as normal..... A course sounds great.....good luck....

    I pulled my cannula out today actually, but noticed immediately..............the clip connection however has not engaged properly sometimes and this has caused high blood sugars to follow.......i only noticed when i felt and smelled the high...... didn't go in to DKA though......just clipped...
