H, I have a Dexcom CGM, and the target glucose range is set from 4.4 - 7.21. I am just wondering is this range too tight, as when i check up my graphs and pie charts etc, at least 50% of the time i am out of range - would a target of 4.4 - 9 be better and more realistic. Or should i really try...

Hi, Just seeing how you use the correction with Alcohol, at what point do you take a correction, (what high level would you be) and how much would you take, and at what point during the night. I know you should snack on a carb during a drink, and have a slice of toast when you get home etc. Thanks

Anyone got any good small snacks to have in the gym, I tried jelly babies, but ended up as high as a kite and they seemed to take time to work (obviously I took too many), should I take one or two glucose tablets instead as I don't really want to be eating bars of stuff etc
