What do you count as a hypo?

Depends on how you feel. If I'm around the 4.0 mmol mark and have mild hypo symptoms I'll correct , otherwise if I feel great I'll leave it, unless of course it's before driving /sport/ running/cycling or bed.

Type 1: What are your HbA1c test results?

Received my HBA1C results this morning and got a 4.7 %. Was expecting a bollocking from the Doc but instead was congratulated as the result was achieved with only 3 hypo's (in the last 2 months) and lots of exercise. Can't complain, 0.1 % away from Bernstein's recommended A1c.

    Dawn phenomenon potential solution

These don't , same as plain almonds ~ 7 g of carbs per 100 g. They also had some honey roasted almonds in their selection which were ~ 40 g of carbs per 100 g. I would have noticed in my BS if they were loaded with sugar :-0 Here is the link (unfortunately no nutritional info)...

Certain foods can still upset my stomach such as too many almonds , fizzy drinks, really high fibre foods etc. You should look at what you are eating and by process of...
