Could it be the insulin vial? I would try a new cartridge with a new insulin vial if you haven't already. Hope you get it sorted it's so awful when that happens.

Just wanted to update you all, had my 12w scan yesterday, turns out I was a little further ahead than I thought, I am 13.5w, all was well with baby so I am over the moon, couldn't believe I got to see him/her moving around a bit, putting hand over face, best thing I've ever saw! Hope everyone...

Congratulations @Lozj82 As Amy has said, everyone worries and imagines the worst (me included) but try to keep calm as stressing won't help you - or your bg's, test as often as you can so you know you are within range xx
