    I say all the is accurate. But since i got addisons (requires cortisone daily) in addition to T1, i think my anxiety has increased and ill temper. This cud be bcos bs variability is reputedly greater with Addisons in T1 diabs. But i dont know if other Addisonian T1s experienced the same. :-/

    None. I,ve gained 3/4 of a stone :-(, either because of starting cortisone (for Addisons) 15 yrs ago or because age is catching up with me. I'm cutting down the carbs slowly and actually feel better from without being too energy low bcsos of reduction in high blood sugars :-) - got the idea...
