    I woke up with a blood sugar of 10.5 this morning which is what I went to bed with. Breakfast is done, your right about the squash it’s no added sugar not sugar free so I’ll skip that for now and stick to water. Is cream better in coffee than milk, if so what sort of cream is best

    I will have a few cups of coffee throughout the day with a dash of milk no sugar. Might try and get some cream if I can.
