    What to try next?

Currently I have a pretty simple programme, I try and eat less than 100g carbs a day and for the most part I meet that. I don’t...

T2s: What was your fasting BG this morning, and what did you eat yesterday?

It’s 4am and I woke up feeling awful with a BG of 6.7 but I’m not surprised - came home at 11pm last night after no evening meal and had an eff it moment and, for the first time in about five years, I had a pizza. 6.9 when I remembered to check at 10am. Still hadn’t eaten (or trained) though so I guess that still counts as an fbg. I’ve been toying with trying some other eating pattern, perhaps intermittent fasting or ultra low carbs (though I’m told by trainers that I need carbs if I’m training ten hours...

Just getting a bit ridiculous now, did a 6pm bootcamp, 7pm yoga, then this morning 7am strength conditioning and 10am circuits. Now back in the office watching the snow fall on Wigan Pier.... :)
