    Out of curiosity I weighed the chapati last night - it was 96g. Checking today I see we can expect half of the weight to be carbs, so 50g-ish. Which is as much as I would ever have in a meal these days.

    Regular moderate exercise log

    One circuits session yesterday, took my nineteen year old who is home from university and he threw up. Probably due to having breakfast beforehand, and setting off at a mad pace to beat his old man. All the same though - result!

    Glad this thread came up - I haven’t looked in to the % of the chocolate but Divine is a pretty ethical brand? http://www.divinechocolate.com/uk ETA they carry all of the high % varieties. Not cheap though.

    Bit of a difference today, 11k steps and only one boot camp session but it was made up mainly of a 500 burpee challenge.

    7.2 when I got up, 6.7 mid afternoon after lunch, didn’t train yesterday, will train at 6pm tonight, wonder if that lull in activity has anything to do with it?
