    Stress

    On days I work my bg is never below 16. No matter what. On my days off its never above 10. I'm currently applying for other jobs but it's a struggle. Going to try out mindfulness. Don't really know what else to do. At least we know we aren't alone

    6.5 I can't believe it! A week of eating well, not eating after 8pm and exercising has brought me from 14+ to this!
