It just goes to show to trust your gut! If I hadn't been stung in the past I would never have questioned this! To some this would sound ideal!

    Advice on sale of furniture

So I posted our suite of furniture for sale on Gumtree yesterday. I got the following email today. Is this dodgy? I don't know if this is normal but due to previous bad experiences I'm always thinking the worst!

    Bed time snack and sleep

When I have lots of thoughts going round and round preventing me from sleeping I make lists! Organising my thoughts on paper helps. I also need to read to make me tired it's a habit now. Hope you find something that works for you

    Fav hypo treat!

I only use glucose tabs when I've nothing else as I find it so hard getting through the six tabs I need to raise my bg. Jelly babies or a 200ml carton of orange/apple juice works well for me.

    I NEED to lose weight

@Brunneria I've been on Metformin 500mg twice daily since Jan. I've continued to binge and 'rage bolus' so don't feel it's had a chance to work when I've been 'abusing'. Working with a therapist now to deal with my issues and hoping a change to lchf will give me the boost I need to get better...

Diabetes solutions vs Think like a pancreas

It's Dr Bernstein noblehead. Seems a bit americanised and centers around low carb from first glances but I think that's the direction I may need to head
