    Lo dough

Oh, and I would add that I HAVE done fathead etc, this you just shove in the oven, have a day off from cooking from scratch

    Lo dough

Get some to try. It doesn't taste like cardboard or disintegrate, put some no sugar pasta sauce on it, loads of herbs and LOADS of grated mozzarella. Add picante meats etc and it is a very handy not cooked from scratch meal, for a change.

Apologies, I have looked but can't find any recipes, does anyone have a batter recipe I can use that won't just taste like an omelette? Perhaps coconut flour? I think I used besan flour last year but fancied a change. Thanks in advance!!

    first test

Just came across this thread as looking for a 'pancake' batter recipe for next week. Aldi's Rapeseed Oil is British and very nice indeed, a lovely deep orange colour. I use it in recipes that call for melted butter. :-)

    LoDough slightly reduced in price

We like them with smattering of no sugar pasta sauce, loads of Aldi shredding mozzarella, Italian herbs, then chorizo on one half and tuna in oil on another. I usually do some cheesy garlic mushrooms as a side with salad. https://lodough.co/collections/end-of-jan-deals

Mr zig has mastered the making of the rice and he can't cook at all. As others have said, blitz in a processor a bit at a time, measure out into 300g sealed bags. Freeze. Get out when you need it and micro on 3 mins full in a suitable container. Fab.
