At what age do you all think a person with Diabetes should stop driving, I know If you're on a long journey, it's important to stop at least every couple of hours to re-check your sugar levels. Also Important to ensure your levels are 5 mm or above but what age do you think it safer to not drive.

Reports are being made that Metformin has possible links to cancer what are your thought on this, if this is true is it all types of Metformin or just a few??

Exercise like walking is very good for lowering your levels , I walk even though some times do not feel like it xxx

5.3 have just been reading about the possibility of metforming causing cancer any oen else read this on the internet?

I was given simvastatin when i was about 62.... ended up with Diabetes when I was 66 so i believe these tablets caused it but the Nurse told me if i didn't take the tablets i most probably be dead by now needless to say i do nto see that Nurse anymore laughs
