Was diagnosed about 2 months ago im only 22 i have noticed my feet keep gettimg cold and going quite numb like when ou fall asleep on your arm my sugars are also well controlled between 4 and 7mmols most of the timeis this normal?

I read on a site that it will be availible on the NHS from november does anyone know if this is true? I check my bloods quite alot so it would help me out so much :)
