    HbA1c home test kits

    Has anybody ever managed to obtain one of the 2 use kits and if so how good (accurate) are they. Just fancy doing a test after 3 months to keep an eye on how I am doing :crazy:

    Quite happy

    Had my 6mth review today and results were HBA1c in March 2012 = 7.5 HBA1c in October 2012 = 5.5 Cholesterol in March 2012 = 2.86 Cholesterol in October 2012 = 2.1 I contribute the decreases to the change in my lifestyle and diet change through learning soo much more on here :thumbup:

    Sugar Free Jam recipe

    Anybody know of any sugar free jam recipes? Have one for Crab Apples using honey as I don't seem to suffer from having honey.
