Just trawled through the recipe thread and have found a nice Curd recipe.
Trouble is it looks like I am going to be baking and trying so many of the other recipes.
I don't bother making it, Tesco do a "Reduced Sugar" jam with 5.3 g of carb per teaspoon.
One teaspoon will just about spread a round of toast.
They also sell "Stute" jams, also low sugar but the sorbitol can have unfortunate consequences!
This Super Jam book contains quite a recipes for sugar-free jam. He uses grape juice as a replacement for sugar. They also sell a range of readymade jams in most supermarkets.
