Hi everyone. I’ve placed my pod on my thigh and I’ve noticed my sugars are higher than usual. I’ve noticed this has happened in the past when I’ve used my thigh too! I’m putting this down to the absorption rate. My question is, should I increase my basal rate while I have my pod on my thigh?? Xx

Hi all Just wondered if anyone out there has private health care (uk) and If so how does it work. I have been after a pump now for about 2 years and my consultant keeps changing my insulin etc even tho I have made it clear I want a pump. Please help. On the verge of giving up x

Did you try counselling flozac? Are you ok now? Are you on injections or the pump? X

Might have to look into that Brunneria. So it helps with low moods? X

I'm also on sertraline steveo4. But like Juicyj says, it just masks it. They do help but having diabetes still gets me down :( My sugars are all over the place so I asked for an insulin pump (almost 2 years ago) but my consultant keeps avoiding the pump and changing my insulin injections...

How many of you have suffered with depression? What's your story? How old? What treatment etc x

Once the damage has been done is there anyway to reverse it or will I just need treatment to stop it gettin worse x

I went yesterday and mine wasn't so good really :( I don't really no much detail but he said to me there is leakage at the back of my eyes from the blood vessels. He said I will need a scan to see if there is any inflammation. He then briefly explained that if it's quite bad then I may need...
