    Eveyone is different for me in the 10s is good. I burn the sugar off so quickly I have to try and keep it a little higher. Any of you guys on Strava ?

    Have wheetabix normally 3 or some of the mini chocolate ones but a smaller portion. Yes it goes right up after an hour,makes me feel like **** for the first few hours of the morning too. Only ever happens with breakfast after that I control it we'll always under 9mmol.

    Well I inject as soon as I wake up but doesn't make any difference to be honest. Then eat around 30-45 mins later

    I've had tried everything you can imagine. Yes I take a split but my levemir runs out in the morning at around 8 and I won't cycle till the evening so I'm baffled the whole situation is just frustrating
