    Hello my friend.....living alone means being inventive...do you have a freezer if so set aside a days and cook it favorite foods and then freeze some that way you have to to food....cut back on the carbs...there are a lot of stuff I can eat which is lower carb....don't give up.     The key is protien and fats....scrambled eggs ...advacardos.....ect ditch the beige I.e. carbs like bread biscuits rice pasta ect there are so many alternatives out there you will need to look around grocery stores

    Try making it yourself from fresh cauliflower and had nuts peppers etc to make a low-carb version it will make it a lot tasty and a lot more palatable

    Was sent to see a dietician yesterday and her advice.......i must....MUST...eat at least 200grm of carbs a day minimum......go figure!!!!!
