    I hav never been offered any courses in fact all I was told was take these tablets daily and don not eat sweet things, that was 30 years ago and have not been told anything since then.     Hi, I am struggling to get blood from my fingers sometimes using 2-3 needles, I use a good hand cream, but also have arthritis anybody got any tips please .

    Have had my opp,sorry not good on my computer, recovering at home, but when I take my morning insulin I get an almost immediate headache
