Hi I am due to go for my 10 hour fasting blood test on Friday. I know not to eat any food or have any drinks in those hours b4 and during the test. But i was wondering if i should avoid pasta and bread in the 24 hours b4 the test. Would not eating carbs make any difference to the test?
