    I think it would be safe to monitor your blood sugars, to see if there is a trend. I have slightly less knowledge about type 2 rather than 1.     thank you everyone, I'm feeling better tonight ending the night at a 12.5 after having others support into encouraging me to check again. However I am still feeling extremely unhappy with everything but at least my diabetes is a bit more under control tonight.
