    Had T1 for 19 years and the Autonomic Neuropathy for 5 years, it showed itself after major abdominal surgery, I don’t think it is Diabetic related as I have no peripheral neuropathy, but the consultant tells me I’m wrong!

    I don't believe it's healthy to stop all carbs, I take insulin 4 times a day and carb count. I don't want to abolish carbs just an idea of the minimum I can get away with . I don't necessarily have carbs at every meal and adjust my insulin accordingly.
