    fluffy123, I have seen with my own experience that while practicing Fasting & LCHF and with success....its easy to get into anorexic state where you do not feel hungry at all. This state is not good & you have to keep the fire in your belly alive too.

    Fruit fasts, fat fasts, abstaining from certain foods...is a diet & not fast. The meaning of fasting to me is to abstain from any food & caloric drink. I drink water & water only & no coffee or tea even with little cream.
