    I don't no but I have no problem with carbs. I always eat carbs, I haven't cut down on carbs much, I eat less bread but that's about it.

    I'm not on any meds. Was just diet controlled. I don't test my blood sugars either.

    It's 41 not 4.1 it's the hbA1c which is blood glucose levels I think.

    Hi, I've just rang my doctors surgery for my follow up hbA1c results. The receptionist said its 41. Looking on this website it says that's classed as normal? meaning I'm not diabetic anymore? Thanks in advance

    Reversed T2 in 3 months diet only!

    Well done!!! My diagnosis was confirmed today. My hbA1c is 51 and the dr isn't concerned right now but said I need to change my lifestyle intensely ( hope that's the right word lol). Hopefully in a few months I will have a success story to :-) keep up the good work

    Assuming the worst

    So about 6 months ago I had the hba1c (is that right) blood test done. Dr said I was pre diabetic with a result of 45 [emoji51] told me I needed to change my diet, did I listen? No!!
