    Breakfast

Bacon, cold meats, cheese? I usually skip it altogether and have a coffee with double cream (3 in fact) every morning and don't have my first meal until mid afternoon.

Approved Would you be able to lose 15% body weight in order to manage, or even reverse T2 diabetes?

In some percentage but most certainly not all. You seem to assume that 15% weight loss is some kind of "magic bullet" but DiRECT shows that over time it isn't so great for everyone. Survey completed and happy to discuss further if you are interested.

    This is rather interesting...

Not sure I'd use an organisation with so few medics on the board as evidence of anything.. (not that I think medics are the be all and end all) but this mob seem to be pretty much focussed on "climate change" politics.

Type 2 Beta cell burn out

You could always be producing less insulin because your body needs less of it? Maybe your dietary changes have "worked" in reducing the insulin your body now needs.

Gluten intolerance as a reason not to eat? "I'm not able to eat that due to a medical problem?"

    Brown Rice & Whole-wheat pasta

Whatever the colour look at the carb content. Personally I'd go for abstinence very time. Just have more curry or sauce and forget rice and pasta.

Help my wife has been told to loose weight however she suffers oedema. And overall bloating.feels no one is listening .what can we do please

Personally I'd suggest a very low carbohydrate/ketogenic diet. When you start cutting carbs back drastically the initial weight loss is water. I'd imagine that would help a lot with oedema. Maybe combine that with some time restricted eating as well.

    Food

Yes to all those (not sure about goats milk I use double cream instead). Personaly I'd go for 2-3 poached eggs and drop the other stuff.. or drop breakfast altogether and extend your overnight fast a bit. Coffee with double cream might help assuage any hunger pangs ( I have 3 every morning).

New evidence shows it's a waste of time.

There is zero evidence for that. The early trials didn't even look at transmission reduction and infections in both the trial and placebo arms were amazingly low for a "highly infectious and deadly disease" ..

New evidence shows it's a waste of time.

Errr no that's nonsense. Anyone could have had it jabbed or not as we now know. The jab never stopped you getting it or transmitting it. The fact that the jabbed thought they were immune in fact means it's more likely that they would pass it on. As always the best idea would be if you felt...
