    Is pricking your finger sore?

    I have just been diagnosed with type 2, the nurse has just issued me with a bs tester. She advised me to prick the side of my finger to get blood. She told me that there was less nerve endings on the side of the finger so it would not hurt as much. Hope this helps Hi to all :D

    SWINE FLU THREAD

    Just recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, nurse administered swine flu injection then took bs level.Reading was 17.7... day later readings down to 10.1. Dont know if the injection had any effect on the reading, all i know is that i have a sore arm.. This is my first post so Hi to all.. :D
