    Sweets, Treats and Chocolate

    Is it harmful to have a "treat" everyday, eg. choc biscuit or slice of cake as long as you tag it on the end of a meal and take sufficient insulin to cover it?

    Many thanks for your replies :) To be honest I'll be so glad when I'm no longer in honeymoon and can work out my ratios more accurately...it's all so confusing. Think best thing to do is try not to snack in the evening, unless it's fruit or nuts.....oh I so miss my chocolate biscuits though :(
