Thanks everyone for the replies, its such a frustrating thing because i know my partner and i were quite active and when i try speaking to her about it now she just shes shes not bothered by it but i know it is bothering her :( makes me feel usless sometimes :(

Hi ppl. I have a problem that when i'm sitting at my desk in the office i tend to eat/snack and i'm afraid to say it usually sweets ond other evil things. What can i replace the sweets with thats handy to eat ?? P.S it dosn't have to be sweet tasting stuff, just stuff thats not going to have...
