Hehe, so glad you liked it. It is quite scone like yeah, I made mine with sweetener so it was leaning towards being cakey also. Pics please if you do them in a muffin tray lol.

I haven't tried it toasted. I have had it with peanut butter, tuna and ham - not all at once obviously. It turned out a bit sweet, so next time I think I will leave out the sweetener and just use salt.

I wouldn't have a clue how to make any without eggs sorry.

Hi, I started on a low carb diet 2 months ago with a weight of 17st 10lbs. Today I hit 16 stone so I thought I would take new pics to see the changes. I'm really pleased =O)

I've never tried. I just keep it in a container in the fridge. I eat it too quick to freeze hehe. I don't do it in round lumps though, I spread it put to cover a whole baking tray and then cut it into squares.

I'm 2 months in so only 2 weeks ahead of you. I get bored easily though so needed to find ways to liven it up hehe. I'm also addicted to chocolate so I needed to find something to stop me craving it. I'm making some cloud bread tomorrow to have with burgers, yummy =O)
