Have you tried reinstalling the App? I doubt if there will be any difference between your 2 pumps.

I agree with all the previous comments and I would just add that I find it can also depend on whatever your glucose level is before a meal. If I’m on the higher side then it could be sooner rather than later, even though the bolus amount would reflect that.

As you know the Medtronic M780G will only work with the G3/G4’s. If in this situation the M780G has been offered, it seems pointless to offer the ‘cheaper options’. The postcode lottery seems to prevail….

If you haven’t already done so, go to SmartGuard/SmartGuard Settings where you can check your overall target. If it’s set at 5.5 or 6.1 you can raise it to the maximum 6.7mmol/L. That should then guide your pump to reach a higher level with less insulin.
