Hi Michael, Have you been running high? Just if your body gets used to running high, then you have a normal BG level, you can have hypo symptons. Also, its true what hale710 says. If you suddenly go down from a higher BG level, you can get very shaky and have hypo symptons too.

I DID IT!! It was a case of doing my morning basal insulin before I went out! I always normally do my morning basal at 8am. But because it was so early like half 5 / 6am, I hadn't done my basal. But I tried doing my basal before I went out... and hey presto, its dropped down instead of shooting...
