    Download the My Fitness Pal app, it does it all for you, I was the same when I started, and always avoided cutting carbs as it seemed too complicated. Honest it's really not hard after a while using the app, I cannot count to save my life so My fitness Pal is a God send.

I had read that certain brands would make your bread purple, unfortunately it's sold as a fibre supplement and wasn't in the baking section so I was unsure if it would be one of the purple ones.     Substitute for bread

    The Lidl rolls are ok, but I find them a bit doughy, especially when they've been frozen. My new favourites are M&S Crispy Cheese Crackers, 7.8g carbs for 3, they're delicious with cream cheese and serrano ham.
