I think I am still type 2. I am not on any medication atm. My hba1c was nine a couple of months ago. Down from 11. I was on insulin Rysadeg but it didn’t seem to change anything. I just put on more weight. I have lost 8kg and feel better. I am fasting 20/4 and staying fairly low carb.

@Liam1955 Thanks for the support some weeks ago as advised I lowered my carbs significantly and my blood sugars came down quickly. I had the cpeptide test and turns out the doctor who told me I may be lada was wrong . My levels were 1.06
